Couples / Relationship Counseling
Solivienne Counseling works with people in all types of relationships - coworkers, friendships, room mates, siblings, and romantic relationships of all kinds. Relationships can be challenging. While they enrich our lives beyond measure, they need nurturing and care to grow.
While many people may assume relationship counseling applies to romantically involved partners, a therapist can also help resolve issues and improve relationships in work, social and domestic settings. Please contact me to learn how I can help you with resolving conflict, clarifying boundaries, goal setting, or other concerns in your relationship.
When it comes intimate relationships, two-thirds of people in couples counseling report improvements. Couples counseling can provide you with tools and support to enhance communication and intimacy, and help you meaningfully bond while thriving as individuals. I strive to help you connect to the joy in your relationship through building and maintaining a foundation of trust, mutual appreciation, respect and encouragement.
I welcome those in all relationship configurations and all relationship phases, including LGBTQ-Plus relationships and marriages and people hoping to improve friendships, sibling relationships, parent-child dynamics and navigating business partnerships.
Please schedule a free, 20-minute consult to talk with Kristin and learn how she can help.

I believe that while we cannot always control the story life has handed us, we possess the inherent power to choose how the next chapter is written. My practice is grounded in a humanistic, strengths-based perspective, meaning I view you not as a set of symptoms to be managed, but as a whole person with innate wisdom and the capacity for self-actualization. My goal is to help you move from a state of internal friction and "stuckness" toward a life defined by calm, self-confidence, and clarity.
Solivienne Counseling strives to provide a safe, respectful space for clients of all races, genders, ages, religions, identities, orientations, abilities and experiences.
